From 17th to 20 February the CCQM-PAWG Task Group on protein structure and activity measurements is holding a virtual stakeholder workshop that aims to explore the needs and progress in the measurement of higher-order protein structure, protein activity and the links between the two (https://www.bipm.org/en/committees/cc/ccqm/wg/ccqm-ws/2025-02-17).
The following partners of the #ProMET and #NEuroBioStand projects will present their work:
Cristian Arsene from PTB: Cross-linking probes for structural analysis of Tau and phospho-Tau proteins
Luise Luckau from NML@LGC: Mapping protein structure and dynamics using mass spectrometry approaches: a nanobody characterisation example
Renee Ruhaak & Elena Dominguez-Vega from LUMC: Glycomics and glycoproteomics characterization of protein standards by mass spectrometry
Oscar Hernandez Alba from LSMBO-CNRS: Characterization of therapeutic protein structures using native IMS-MS in combination with non-denaturing LC methods
James Noble from NPL: Protein design for reference materials: structure to activity measurements
Amandine Boeuf from LNE: ProMET: Metrology frameworks for protein structure characterisation and better definition of the measurand
Tim Rudd from MHRA: Correlating bioactivity to SI traceable units – present experience and future aspiration
Interested in protein structure and activity measurement, do not hesitate to register to this event!
