ELENA at the Workshop of Metrology for Energy nanomaterials – LNE

The Laboratoire National de Métrologie et d’Essais organized a one-day workshop event at its premises in Paris on the Metrology for Enery Nanomaterials.

The works in the ELENA project were presented by Prof. Brice Gautier, Dr. Johaness Hoffman, and Dr. Khaled Kaja in three talks showing the progress made in ELENA on the modeling, SMM, and C-AFM measurements.

The workshop gathered European experts working on the electrical metrology at the nanoscale from several national metrology institutes, research institutions, and industrial actors in the field.
