ElectroSciences, Ltd. & ELENA: lettre of agreement

A letter of agreement was signed between the ELENA consortium and the British company Electrosciences ltd, which specializes in scientific and technical consultancy to industry and academia in the technical discipline of multifunctional materials research and development.

 

The ELENA consortium and Electrosciences ltd will collaborate on the nanoelectrical measurements of the dielectric properties of high-k thin film materials using scanning microwave microscopy. Moreover, Electrosciences ltd will use the DC-current reference samples developed in ELENA to calibrate new measurement equipment under development. This collaboration is expected to highlight the impact of the reference samples for nanoscale current measurements on the industrial development of new technologies.
